Thank you! It's taken me a lot of time and effort to get my neighbourhood looking like this, but I'm very pleased with it, and all the new inhabitants. I'm especially happy with the hobby leaders, and kinda wish that my attempts to make over the hobby lots had stuck. I have some great ideas for them, but even following a tutorial exactly, they reverted to the original lot when I saved and exited the lot.

Yeah, since they're something I made just for myself, I'm not going to add them to the Emporium, but please grab them from this thread if they're useful to you. I really like how they make my middle aged sims look just that, and not like smooth faced twenty-year olds.
