Di's Victorian Vexes

Look, I did a photoshoot, for the first time in three years!  Actually, I have to admit that this nearly didn't get done, since the outfits I originally downloaded just will not show in game, and I lost interest when trying to refit them.  But never mind, new idea was born, and here we are!  A little shoot with the main part of my family, and a little spoiler for you all.

Notes: I've not actually heard the phrase "if the glove fits" before, and so have taken it as an American idiom of "if the cap (or shoe) fits, wear it."  Sorry if that's not what it means, but that's what you're getting.  Also, fairly high spoiler rating because it contains the first proper reference of a future storyline.

Wow, it's a long time since I did one of these.  Aaanyway, in honour of Regalton 3.0 and the fact I now stage my chapters entirely based on my storylines and what has happened in game, I'm planning on posting more picspams, that are better ordered.  Obviously anything of a spoilery nature won't be shown.

I’m not going to be sharing lots of pictures from the last rotation, or even doing them in the new look I was working on, for a couple of simple reasons. One, I played this rotation very quickly, and took hardly any pictures because I want to get on with the rebuild and two, thanks to that rebuild things look a bit odd in Regalton at the moment. As part of the rebuild, I’ve completed Project Refit and also went and removed all of Nouk’s original colours from my hair folder, meaning that with a few hairs for my blokes, all the hairs I have in game are now in the colours I use from Pooklet’s palette. I’ve also made various improvements on pieces of cc (such as rescaling Nani’s neighbourhood deco from MTS) since I last played the neighbourhood. This means that I’ve pulled quite a bit of my cc lately and, well things look a little strange.

So yes I am playing now!  I invited all the girls over to the LS earlier in the day, and just decided to have Bertie ask Sophia out on a date.  A very important date.  This happened:



Yep that is literally as soon as the date started.  Way to go Fie.  Anyone would think that you didn't want to get enaged to him and were trying to avoid it.

Ah, and so we come to the final part of the picspam for this rotation.  Like I say, I'm working on changing the way i do picspams slightly, so this is also the last old style picspam I'm doing.  This is all picspam from the Legacy Society.  There are some good reasons for why there are so many pictures of the Legacy Society and I MAKE NO APOLOGIES FOR IT.

What's this?  Two sizable drabbles from me in two days?  What's going on?

I have no idea, but I'm pleased to be writing again. 

Anyway, I was inspired by two prompts today, and this also takes place two years before we meet the characters in it.  Enjoy!

More sim_spiration  for you all.  I’m not quite sure how to categorise this drabble. I suppose AU fits best, and if Marina wants to treat this as canon to her apoc, that’s cool. If not, that’s cool too. This is a little scene that I can easily see happening back in Regalton, once Stuart graduated and returned from Sierra Plains. I also want to say, that although the events that Bertie goes through in each mini verse are very different, somethings are the same as is the end result. So this is also a sneak peek at future!Bertie for you all.
