The Harrison Boys' Non-bc - Part two

dicreasy2Hello, hello. Slightly later than I had planned, here's part two of the non-bc I threw for the Harrison boys. No extra comments this time I'm afraid, since I played this during the day, so it'll probably be a bit more boring than the last part.
Quick reminder of the rules etc:
The ladies:
Jess (Mzyra), Katy (Hurrikaty), Lily (Cobaltazure), Marina (Smoothiequeen87), Rose (Rosefyre), Widget (Widget).
The rules (such as they are):
The sims were placed on the lot and their relationships zeroed out, the girls' with Andrew and Peter, the boys with each of the girls.
Turn ons for the boys were set at make up and unemployed, for the girls fitness and unemployed.
Each boy did a low level flirt (check out) with a random girl to set their gender preference. Each girl did a low level flirt (also check out) on each boy.
Sims are left on free will, and no interaction is cancelled out. The exception is using move here to get everyone out of the bathroom or similar, and stocking up the buffet.
I'm topping up their energy and comfort levels, and keeping fun within a comfortable range. I'm also topping up bladder if a sim can't get to a toilet, because the way is blocked. The only time I'm not topping up fun, comfort etc is, if a sim is engaged in an activity which they won't easily drop, eg hang out or splash. The reason being, I'm leaving them to decide when to stop doing that activity.
I've used InSim to turn jealousy off on the lot.
The pictures won't be up to my usual spec: there will be plumbbobs and thought bubbles etc.
Now, onto part two!
We start where we left off, with nearly everyone outside, gathered around Peter. Having been grabbed for a make out only a short time before, Widget decides that she is going to make sure that all the other girls know that she is intent on pursuing Peter.
He really isn't complaining.
Jess meanwhile is playing whap with Andrew.
And Marina is dancing on her own.
Widget, Peter and Katy then set a pattern that will follow for the next couple of days. (Yes, days, but we'll get to that in due course).
Widget and Peter get stalkery.
Actually, Peter is much in demand:
His action queue is often full of simselves wanting to interact with him.
Katy congratulates Andrew on being hot.
Andrew decides that it's time to capitalise on his hotness by flirting with Lily.
Marina finally drags herself away from the sink, the settee and the stereo to join everyone outside (just as they start to go in). The first thing she does though, is go and speak to Andrew.
With night having fallen, she starts her offensive with a flirt. (And I cheer that Andrew is finally getting some love too).
She then becomes the first of the girls to kiss him.
And where was Katy, the one with the most relationship with Andrew (100 daily at this point) during all this?
"Hmm, it may be dark, but I fancy doing a spot of birdwatching."
And she did. All the while, Marina was flirting and joking like a good'un with him.
"A parrot? Hmm, I wonder if it was a pet that escaped."
"Is that a siskin? It's definitely some sort of finch... Oh well, it's the most interesting thing I've seen out here this evening."
Fed and watered, Peter and Rose decide to have a game of catch.
They are soon interrupted by Widget, who has decided that she's not letting Peter out of her sight.
People coming out of the house spurs Katy on to put away her binoculars and congratulate Andrew on being hot. Several times.
During a break in the congratulations, Marina leans in to whisper sweet nothings to Andrew.
This leads to:
A crush on Andrew's side
And a crush on Marina's side, one flirt later (yes, hello Katy).
Scores at crush:
Yes, Marina is in third on the panel, but since she is the only one of the top three to flirt with him recently, she easily becomes his first crush.
Peter and Widget, never to be outdone, continue flirt with abandon.
Rose looks on, unimpressed.
"I'm completely out of this now, aren't I?"
I'm afraid so. Peter is now only interested in Widget.
Rose amuses herself by upsetting Jess while Perter and Widget make out.
(Doesn't she look happy?)
This latest make out led to:
A happy Peter, a happy Widget and a happy Di.
Congratulations Widget! Your simself nabbed herself a Peter! :D :D :D
With Peter all sorted, it's now all about Andrew. Yes, I know that Widget isn't in love with Peter here, but I looked at her relationship panel and knew that it wouldn't be long until she too was in love.
It's the two ladies in the lead, who make their moves with Andrew (from this point on, since Widget already has Peter, I'm ignoring her relationship with Andrew. I know she'd like to, but she can't have both).
Both girls get in a chat with him before everyone makes their own way into the room with the stereo.
Poor Rose, she did give the housemates a giggle, even Peter with his 10 nice points.
Marina nips in there and asks Andrew to dance. Which he does, and enjoys a lot. They danced together for about three sim hours.
As the sun comes up, Katy has found something else to congratulate Widget on:
It's not as if she needs anything else to congratulate people on. This is her favourite autonomous interaction.
Widget drags Peter into the other room for a dance (glitching her face in the process). Marina and Andrew are still going at it. (Andrew hadn't danced before Marina asked him to, you can see how long they had been dancing for him to dance like this).
Rose is also still dancing.
And loving it.
Katy, seeing her chance, pops in there when Marina and Andrew finally stop dancing,
With a congratulations for Marina.
This also marked the 48 hours point of the challenge.
Peter:
Andrew:
So yes, while Peter is in love, Andrew isn't even half way to love with any of the girls. Although, I'm pretty sure that if Katy had of made her move before now, that would be very different. I was also stunned by how much ground Marina had made up, given her apathy towards the boys on the first day.
As if to prove, that yes she has won Peter's heart, and yes, she is very happy about that, Widget goes in with a caress
And yes, she is also in love with him. (That's Jess and Katy sitting there hanging out).

While Peter and Widget were being all cute and coupley, Andrew was wandering around like a lost soul. He settled on talking to Marina:
"So, did you realise that you are the only one to kiss me so far?"
"I am? Is everyone else mad?"
Mad and apathetic Marina.
He then finds Lily and congratulates her on being hot.
Maybe he's hoping for another person to kiss him? If so, he's out of luck, and so he goes back to talking to Marina.
Who tells him a joke. She then goes in with another flirt, and Andrew is happy again.
So happy in fact, that he belts her in the face with a pillow.
Where is Katy, the one who could snatch a victory very quickly if she so chose?
Congratulating Peter. He may have chosen is future wife, and yet the simselves are all crowding around him.
Well, all apart from Marina:
Jess manages to steal Andrew away for a water balloon fight.
Unfortunately they are interrupted by a wolf, who, although cheering all the knowledge sims up, barks at Andrew.
Andrew follows this traumatic event up with a baaaad conversation with Lily.
Lily was doing so well until this point.
Katy finally comes out to talk to Andrew again.
However, by this time, I am completely, completely frustrated. Marina is the only simself to be showing any real interest in romancing Andrew, and she will ignore him for hours between interactions. Katy has by far and way the best relationship score with him, and one flirt would be all it would take to give her a real advantage over Marina. That flirt just isn't coming. All she is doing is congratulating him, or chatting to him. As for Andrew, he seems to have stopped flirting or trying with the girls at this point. He wanders around looking lost, hoping someone will pay attention to him, and lapping up any attention he does have. I want to end the challenge here at this point and declare Marina the winner, because she is the only one making an effort. But I can't.
My simself seems to feel the same:
"For crying out loud Katy, if you're going to do something, then do it. Don't just keep congratulating him."
Katy doesn't hear me, and in fact gets distracted by the wolf:
Thank goodness for Widget cheering me up by showing that some simselves do know what to do.
Also thank goodness for Marina, who pounced on Andrew once he got inside.
Lily tries to make up for the earlier bad conversation.
Katy decides to leave the wolf alone and heads in to congratulate Andrew on being hot.
Andrew returns the favour.
Aaand with nearly everyone gathered in the kitchen, this is where I will end part 2.

Aw, my simself is not having a good day as it is, nevermind with Rose's actions!
N'aw, Peter and Widget are adorable and I'm sure they'll have very cute brown haired, brown eyed babies :)
Water balloon fights? *sigh* I'm hopeless, I really am...
I expect Marina will win Andrew, but at least we can be happy that Marina + Andrew = recessive genetic-ed babies! (I'm assuming baby(-ies) will happen for the couples, that's being family-orientated for you!)
Looking forward to what I assume will be the last part (in which Marina probably wins) :P

Peter and Widget are lovely, and Widget has given me recessive information, so I might very well get a baby with recessives out of the two of them yet.
Your simself didn't do too badly, it's just, like most of the rest, she didn't go in with romantic interactions.

I am hugely amused that Sim!Widget really did seem to be trying for both at one point - having the highest scores with Andrew even after winning Peter.
Also, if you want to call Sim!Widget something other than Widget (which isn't a exactly a normal Victorian name) you can call her Eleanor, it's up to you.

I know, I did lol when I checked the relationships and took pics of them. Your simself really did want both of them, although I will say, she was definitely more interested in Peter romantically.

It was so frustrating by this point. I think because Peter had so much attention, the fact that Andrew had none, just seemed worse. Then there was the fact that Marina would flirt with him, and then ignore him for hours, while all Katy did was congratulate him. It got very tiresome after a while.
